IMGLTS will handle outbound ticket sales for the Horned Frogs
FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU Athletics announced Monday a new relationship with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions (IMGLTS), which will handle outbound ticket sales for the Horned Frogs with a dedicated, on-site customer service team.
As part of the multi-year relationship, IMGLTS will provide TCU with an outbound and digital sales solution for all ticketed sports at the university including the Legends Club, a 2019 expansion to Amon G. Carter Stadium. IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions also will provide a data analytics package to enhance pricing models and the renewal process.
"TCU Athletics is proud to have Learfield IMG College as our multimedia rightsholder, and we're very excited to further strengthen our relationship through IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions," TCU Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Jeremiah Donati said. "A continued focus for us is to enhance the fan experience, especially with this fall's completion of the Amon G. Carter Stadium east side expansion project. IMGLTS will enable us to make positive strides in customer service with not just football but all our ticketed sports. Their team will be housed in our Parrish Family Athletics Ticket Office and become an integral part of our athletics program."
"We're thrilled to announce a relationship with TCU Athletics," said IMGLTS Senior Vice President Brad Sexton. "TCU has accelerated to national prominence in the last 10 years because of a thoughtful growth strategy and vision for the future, and we are proud to now be part of that future. In Fort Worth, we will bring a complete revenue solution focused on customer service, ticket sales, email marketing, and data analytics. Equally exciting is the opportunity to help TCU fill a brand new seating experience in Amon G. Carter Stadium's expanded premium club area. Together we'll work side by side with TCU Athletics to deliver the best possible experience for fans."
The TCU relationship highlights the recent growth of IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions following new Power Five agreements with the University of Georgia and University of Iowa in 2018. The company now represents 43 collegiate properties, including 18 Power Five schools following extensions with the University of Oregon, West Virginia University, University of Colorado and Cal in the last six months.
