TCU Has Strong Showing in First Scrimmage

TCU records 12 wins in Horned Frogs Fall Challenge
FORT WORTH, Texas – The TCU beach volleyball team began its fall scrimmage schedule with a strong showing in the Horned Frogs Fall Challenge. 16 of the 17 members of this season's roster saw action. Each match featured two sets with the Horned Frogs winning 12 matches outright, tying eight other matches, and losing just two matches outright.
The Horned Frogs opened their tournament by playing Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on the first three courts, and the duos of Kathryn Kramer and Jensyn Bledsoe faced off against Hayley Boll and Jordan Westendorff on Court 4.
TCU later faced off against Houston Baptist starting at 11:30 and won its final four matches against the Huskies. The Horned Frogs rounded out their play for the day against ULM, winning two of their final three matches against the Warhawks.

The Frogs will face Houston Baptist and Texas A&M-Corpus Christ for a second time this fall when they travel to Houston for the HBU Fall Tournament on Sunday, Oct. 20.
