Team Notes
* TCU's four-game winning streak over Texas was snapped. Since beginning Big 12 play in 2012, the Horned Frogs are 5-2 versus the Longhorns.
* TCU's Gary Patterson is 5-3 as a head coach against Texas.
* Over the last five seasons, TCU's 42-15 overall record and 26-11 conference mark rank second in the Big 12.
* Since joining the Big 12 in 2012, the Horned Frogs are 17-12 on the road on conference play.

* KaVontae Turpin's 25-yard return of the opening kickoff gave him a TCU record 1,754 career kickoff return yards, breaking Cory Rodgers' school mark of 1,747 (2003-05). Turpin finished with 83 kickoff return yards to extend his record total to 1,812.
* Jalen Reagor set a career-high with eight receptions, totaling a season-best 96 yards.
* Five of Reagor's eight receptions went for first downs or a touchdown. Seventeen of his team-high 23 receptions on the season are for either a first down or touchdown.
* Reagor's 50-yard first-quarter reception was a season long, bettering his previous best of 42 from last week versus Ohio State.
* Reagor's 1-yard touchdown catch with 6 seconds left in the first half was his second scoring reception of the season and 10th of his career.
* Reagor has at least one reception in TCU's last nine games, the longest current streak by a Horned Frog.
