FORT WORTH, Texas – TCU will try to defend its title at the Mission Inn Spring Spectacular when play begins Saturday at 7:30 a.m. in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla.
The No. 33 ranked Horned Frogs will play 36 holes on Saturday and finish with 18 on Sunday.
TCU will go with the lineup of Triston Fisher, Turner MacLean, Pierre Mazier, Stefano Mazzoli and Hayden Springer. David Ravetto will compete as an individual.
Last season the Frogs defeated 15 teams and finished 11 shots ahead of second-place Marquette. Fisher placed second at the tournament at even-par 216.

The Mission Inn Golf Resort is located north of Orlando, Fla. The El Campeon course is one of the oldest in Florida and is known for its steep hills. El Campeon was rated No. 9 in GolfAdvisor's list of top 25 U.S. courses.

Last Time Out
TCU finished fifth at the Southern Highlands Collegiate in Las Vegas, Nev., on March 7. TCU finished ahead of many highly-ranked teams such as No. 4 Alabama, No. 8 Oklahoma, No. 14 Illinois, No. 21 UCLA and No. 28 Pepperdine. Mazzoli finished tied for third at 5-under 211 and Mazier shot 3-over 219 to finish tied for 28th.

Pierre Mazier (Junior – Saint-Raphael, France) – Had a second-round score of 5-under 67 at The Carmel Cup to follow his first round of 68 and finished tied for 18th overall with a score of 5-under 211… Had season-best 7-under 209 at the Amer Ari Invitational… Has shot sub-70 five times… Score average: 72.46.
