Ashdown Earns Big 12 Honors

FORT WORTH, Texas – On Wednesday afternoon, the conference office announced Isabella Ashdown as Big 12 Female Diver of the Week. It is her first conference honor in her young career as a Horned Frog.
The sophomore from Sydney, Australia, had a pair of strong outings in the last two weeks. In double-dual meet action against SMU and Iowa State, Ashdown picked up a one-meter win over the Mustangs and Cyclones and a three-meter win over the Cyclones. Last weekend against Trinity, Ashdown recorded a season-best score of 305.90 in the one-meter.
So far this season, Ashdown has four conference wins and NCAA Zone cuts in both the one-meter and three-meter
