Frogs begin at 8 a.m. CT Sunday
ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Seniors Turner MacLean and Pierre Mazier each carded an even-par 72 Saturday to lead the TCU men's golf team at The Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate.
An eagle on the par 4 No. 4 hole helped Mazier shoot 1-under 35 on the front nine. MacLean was helped with birdies on holes 7-9. Both rebounded nicely from yesterday's round and are tied for 57th at 5-over 149.
Senior David Ravetto played 17 holes of bogey-free golf. He double bogeyed the par 4 No. 12 hole to shoot 2-over 74 for the day. Ravetto is tied for 40th place at 2-over 146.
Senior Triston Fisher shot the same as Friday, 2-over 74 and is tied for 53rd at 4-over 148.
TCU shot 4-over 292 for the round, eight strokes better than Friday's opening round. The Frogs are in 12th place at 16-over 592. No. 15 Clemson leads the tournament at 20-under 556.
The nation's No. 13 player, Justin Suh of USC, leads the individuals at 10-under 134.
The final round for TCU will begin Sunday at 8 a.m. CT.
