
TCU Sends 6 to NFL from 2016 Team

FORT WORTH, Texas -- Six of TCU football's eight scholarship seniors last season will have an NFL opportunity.
In addition to outside linebacker Josh Carraway being drafted by the Tennessee Titans, five others from the 2016 TCU football team are headed to NFL camps.
Signing free-agent contracts were offensive tackle Aviante Collins (Minnesota Vikings), wide receiver Deanté Gray (Houston Texans) and safety Denzel Johnson (Tennessee Titans). Also headed to NFL camps are safety Kenny Iloka (Houston Texans) and defensive end James McFarland (Indianapolis Colts).
TCU head coach Gary Patterson has now had 42 players drafted with a total of 99 in NFL camps in 16 seasons. ESPN.com has previously ranked TCU No. 1 in the nation for developing NFL talent.
