3/6/2017 12:00:00 AM | General
The TCU radio crew is comprised of play-by-play voice Brian Estridge, color analyst John Denton and sideline reporter Landry Burdine.
The TAPB is a non-profit organization comprised of the various Texas radio and television stations that subscribe to the Associated Press wire service. Each year, the TAPB recognizes excellence and achievement in journalism with awards in various categories. The competition is divided by market size. TCU competes in the major market category of college and professional broadcasts.
The TAPB, in conjunction with similar groups in other states, organize and conduct contests and present awards for outstanding achievements in the field. Presented annually at the group's convention, these awards deliver well-deserved praise from a community of peers.
Forty seven stations submitted 788 entries in the contest, and the award winners will be announced at the TAPB Awards banquet in the near future.
