TwitterFORT WORTH - TCU's five match homestand continues Sunday afternoon when it hosts Oral Roberts at 1 p.m. The game will be televised on FSSW+.
ABOUT TCU
TCU has matched its best start in program history with a 5-0-1 record heading into Sunday's match. The Frogs can keep pace with the 2008 squad that opened the year with a 6-0-1 mark. TCU is coming off a 1-1 double overtime tie against Washington State Friday night. Kayla Hill scored TCU's lone goal of the match. Courtney Hofer made two saves in her half of work, while Katie Lund stopped two of the three shots that came her way.
ABOUT ORAL ROBERTS
Oral Roberts enters the match with a 4-3-0 mark after dropping a 1-0 decision at No. 22 Texas Tech on Friday night. The Golden Eagles fired off nine shots, three on goal, in the match. Texas Tech's lone goal came in the 47th minute of the contest. Ryliegh Bohnenstiehl stopped five of the six shots she faced in the match. TCU will be the third Big 12 opponent the Golden Eagles will have face this season.
INSIDE THE SERIES
TCU leads the all-time series 6-1-0, including a record of 4-0-0 in Fort Worth. TCU and Oral Roberts faced off last season on Sept. 6 with TCU notching a 4-0 win. ORU's only win in the series that dates back to 1988 came on Oct. 3, 1997 when it was 2-0 in Tulsa.
