FORT WORTH, Texas - Senior Brandon Parrish returns for his final season in a Horned Frog uniform. GoFrogs.com takes a closer look at one of the four seniors who are a part of a strong foundation for TCU basketball.
Parrish, who was the lone Frog to start all 33 games during the 2015-16 season, should play a pivotal role in the Purple and White's success this upcoming campaign. In TCU's last four wins on the year, the now senior shot 55.6 percent from the field and was a key reason TCU advanced at the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship as he scored 15 points on 5-of-8 from the field, including 3-for-4 from behind the arc against Texas Tech.
Parrish scored in double-figures in 13 games throughout the course of last season. Parrish, who dropped 20 versus No. 6 Oklahoma in March, was named to the Cancun Challenge All-Tournament team and scored in double-figures in three out of the last six games of the year. Against league foes, he scored in double-figures in eight contests, while connecting on two or more three-pointers six times in conference action.
