TCU and Graebe in Lead at Clover Cup

Graebe is tied for the individual lead with USF's Nicole Autrique.
"I am so proud of the girls," TCU head women's golf coach Angie Ravaioli-Larkin said. "They really played a steady round of golf, stayed patient and capitalized on great ball striking throughout the round with all five players."
Graebe, a native of Yorba Linda, Calif., birdied four of her final six holes and had a team-best seven birdies on the day. Her 67 is one stroke behind the TCU record of 66 set by Prisela Campbell at the 2009 LSU Tiger Golf Classic. The 67 also ties Kelly McGovern for the low round by a Horned Frog this season. McGovern's 67 came in final-round play at September's Golfweek Conference Challenge.
TCU's 284 has it one stroke ahead of SMU for the team lead. It is also one shot off its best round of the 2015-16 campaign. The Horned Frogs recorded a 283 in final-round play at the season-opening Marilynn Smith/Sunflower Invitational.
Freshman Annika Clark carded a 1-under 71 for the Horned Frogs and is tied for seventh individually. Her four birdies came in a nine-hole stretch covering the front and back nines.
McGovern, Emmy Martin and Alex Sborov added 73s for TCU and are tied for 17th.
McGovern totaled three birdies. Martin had two birdies, including her opening hole of the day. Sborov's 73 was a career-low round. Like Martin, she began her day with a birdie.
