Ranthony Texada (5-10, 170, So.) is a returning starter at one corner, while the other spot will see new faces in competition after the graduation of Kevin White.
Texada played very well down the stretch and earned Freshman All-America honors in 2014. He started all 13 games, while his seven pass breakups were second on the Horned Frogs. He had a sack against Oklahoma and an interception versus Iowa State.
Texada will be pushed by Nick Orr (5-10, 165, So.), who saw action in 12 games as a true freshman and posted his first career interception in the win at SMU.
Torrance Mosley (5-10, 160, So.) came out of the spring as the starter at the corner spot opposite Texada. Mosley appeared in five games as a true freshman last season.
Pushing Mosley for a starting job will be Corry O'Meally (6-0, 170, Sr.) and DeShawn Raymond (6-1, 180, Fr.).
O'Meally, a junior college transfer last season, saw action in eight games for the Horned Frogs in 2014. Raymond, a four-star signee and early enrollee, was ranked by Scout.com as the No. 24 cornerback in the nation at East Jefferson High School in Metairie, La.
Jeff Gladney (6-0, 175, Fr.) and Julius Lewis (5-10, 170, Fr.) are also freshmen looking to impress in fall camp.
Cyd Calvin (6-1, 175, So.) is in his third year in the program and adds depth to the position. He saw action in nine games last season.
