Frogs Set To Host SMU

FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU men's swimming and diving team (2-0) will welcome SMU on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. meet at the University Recreation Center. The men are returning to competition after opening the season with back-to-back victories over Texas-Permian Basin and Incarnate Word.

"SMU and TCU have over a 45-year series of swimming and diving meets," head coach Richard Sybesma said. "We're up for the challenge and are excited to race and dive against them."

The Horned Frogs recorded a 173.5-126.5 win against SMU the last time they met, posting first-place finishes in 11 of the 16 events. TCU currently holds a two-meet win streak against cross-town rival SMU.

Returning Frogs with top finishes vs. SMU last year: Ford Story (200 medley relay, 100 breast), Garrett Hills (200 medley relay, 50 free, 400 free relay), Carlos Hunnicutt (200 fly), John Remetta (200 breast).
