Dawson, Sullivan Named Athletes of the Week

FORT WORTH, Texas - Football's Paul Dawson and women's cross country's Bailey Sullivan have been named TCU's Muscle Milk Athletes of the Week for their performances last weekend.
Dawson registered 15 tackles (four for loss), a pass break-up and quarterback hurry in TCU's 30-7 win against Minnesota on Saturday.
The senior linebacker from Dallas, Texas, also forced and recovered a fumble as the Horned Frogs limited Minnesota to only 268 yards of total offense.
The Frogs return to action against SMU on Saturday, Sept. 27, at 11 a.m., in Dallas.
Sullivan led the way for the Frogs at the UT-Arlington Season Opener. She posted a ninth-place finish with a time of 18:18.4.
The freshman runner Sullivan was less than a second from putting up a top-20 finish after her time of 14:51.5 at the Bear Twilight Invitational on Aug. 29.
The Frogs will compete again on Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Ken Garland Invitational in Denton.
