Boyle Honored by Big 12 Conference

FORT WORTH, Texas – TCU freshman Brooke Boyle was named Big 12 Reining Rider of the Month Wednesday.
Boyle, a California native, went undefeated during the month of March, while also gathering one MOP. Overall, she went 3-0-1 during the month, including 2-0-1 against conference foes. Boyle opened the Big 12 Championship defeating Baylor 143.5-142.5 and then battled to a draw in the Horned Frogs' second round matchup against K-State.
On the year, the Frogs claimed five monthly conference accolades, including three in Reining alone. The Purple and White, who went 6-6 overall during the regular-season, will battle No. 8 seeded Fresno State in the upcoming NCEA Championships, beginning Thursday, April 17.
