• TCU improved to 2-0 in Big 12 openers since joining the league in 2013.
• Tonight's attendance of 4,242 was a season-high.
• TCU played errorless baseball for the fifth straight game.
• TCU tallied 10+ hits for the third straight game and the 11th time this season.
• TCU collected its fourth shutout of the season.
• Brandon Finnegan did not allow a run for the fourth time in six starts this season. He has not allowed a run in his last 14 1/3 innings pitched.
• Finnegan tallied 10 strikeouts for the fourth straight start and the fifth time this season.
• Kevin Cron and Boomer White have reached base safely in all 21 games this season.
• White extended his hitting streak to 12 games. He also notched his team-leading 10th multi-hit game of the year.
• Cron pushed his hitting streak to eight games.
• Cron and Keaton Jones each collected their sixth multi-hit game of the season.
• Cron posted his fifth multiple-RBI game of the season and the 18th of his career.
