Game Notes:
• TCU was shut out for the second time this season.
• The Horned Frogs played their second straight errorless ballgame.
• Garrett Crain made his first start of the season at second base.
• TCU turned a season-high three double plays in the game to give it nine on the season. Five have come with Preston Morrison on the mound.
• Morrison's streak of 20 1/3 innings without allowing an earned run came to an end.
• Morrison has turned in 23 quality starts (6 or more innings) out of his 29 career starts. In 19 starts, the junior has made it through seven innings.
• Boomer White collected his fourth multi-hit game of the season. Three of the four have been three-hit contests.
• Dylan Fitzgerald extended his hitting streak to six games.
• Kevin Cron and Boomer White have reached base in all 10 games played this season.
