For a second-straight month, senior Kaitlin Perry was honored by the league, earning Equitation on the Flat Rider of the Month accolades. She is the only Big 12 student-athlete to earn a Rider of the Month honor in two different disciplines this season. Also receiving honors Wednesday were sophomore Megan McMullen (Horsemanship) and junior Chantz Stewart (Reining).
Perry went 2-0 against Big 12 competition during the month of November in Equitation on the Flat, which included capturing one MOP. Both wins came at home against top-5 opponents. The senior is now 4-0-1 on the season and 3-0 in league play with one MOP.
McMullen shared Horsemanship honors with Oklahoma State's Katy Krshka after going 2-0 against Big 12 competition during the month with two MOP's.
Stewart compiled a 2-0 record in November, with both wins coming against top-5 ranked Big 12 opponents. She is the second-consecutive TCU student-athlete to win Big 12 Rider of the Month in Reining, joining Katelyn Gray who earned recognition last month.
