Fresh off their second-ever appearance in the College World Series, the Horned Frogs return 18 letterwinners from a squad that finished 48-18 overall in 2014. Head coach Jim Schlossnagle will have a talented balance of upperclassmen and newcomers to fill in the void left by the departure of five position starters and two starting pitchers. The roster features 16 newcomers in addition to the 21 players returning from a year ago.
Fall practice will conclude in the middle of November with the annual Purple vs. White World Series. Dates and times for the series will be released at a later date.
Along the way, the Horned Frogs will play in numerous intrasquad games that will be free and open to the public. All regular practice sessions will be closed to the general public but open to professional scouts.
All practices are set to begin at 2:30 p.m. during the week while weekend practices are TBA and will be announced as they are scheduled via twitter (@TCU_Baseball).
