
Baseball Announces Fall World Series Dates

FORT WORTH - The TCU baseball team will wrap up its six-week fall practice period with their annual Purple-White World Series. Slated to begin Tuesday, Nov.4, the World Series will consist of five games.
Game one of the series on Nov. 4 will be played under the lights at Lupton Stadium with first pitch slated for 6 p.m. Game two of the series follows Friday, Nov. 7 at 4 p.m.
The third game of the series will be played on either Saturday, Nov. 8 or Sunday, Nov. 9 depending on the kick-off time for the TCU football game against Kansas State. If the game is schedule for a night kick, game three will be played in the early afternoon. Should the kick-off time be any earlier, game three will be played on Sunday afternoon.
Game four of the series follows on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 6 p.m., with the series finale slated for Friday, Nov. 14 at 4 p.m.
Rosters and starting rotations will be announced on Monday. All games will be played at Lupton Stadium. They are free and open to the public.
