TCU Places 11 on Academic All-Big 12 Team

IRVING, Texas -- TCU placed 11 student-athletes on the 2013 Academic All-Big 12 Football Team.
Receiving first-team accolades were safety Tanner Campbell, tight end Buck Jones, defensive end Jon Koontz and placekicker Jaden Oberkrom.
Second-team honorees were tailback B.J. Catalon, safety Geoff Hooker, center Joey Hunt, center Rich Morgan, offensive guard Eric Tausch, offensive tackle Nick Tutcher and offensive guard John Wooldridge.
Koontz, Tausch and Wooldridge are playing this season as graduate students.
Oberkrom was a first-team Capital One Academic All-District selection.
