Men's Cross Country Competes at Cowboy Jamboree

MEET RESULTS
STILLWATER, Okla. - The TCU men's cross country competed Saturday at the Cowboy Jamboree at Oklahoma State. The Horned Frogs finished tied for 14th in the team standings of the university men's division.
The TCU men were led by Preston Newsome, who finished the competition 68th overall with an 8K time of 27:05.32. Newsome has been the top finishing Horned Frog male competitor at all three events this season.
Kevin Case was next in line for TCU, taking 78th place in 27:32.13. Dave Emerson followed in 88th (27:47.22) and Jake Rossmango took 89th (27:50.50).
TCU's cross country teams are back in action at the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Ark. on Oct. 13.
