Game Notes:
Jerrick Suiter made his first appearance in left field this season.
Brandon Finnegan's streak of not allowing a run ended at 25 2/3 innings as San Diego State pushed across a two-out run in the first.
Finnegan last allowed a run on March 25 at New Mexico.
Derek Odell stretched his hitting streak to 12 games with an RBI single in the second inning. He is 21-for-43 in that stretch.
Odell's four hits were a career-high and marked his ninth multi-hit game of the season.
The run allowed by Trey Teakell in the fourth inning ended his streak of not allowing a run at 21 1/3 innings dating back to March 25 at New Mexico.
Kevin Cron's home run was his first since April 11 at Air Force. It's his second three-run home run of the season.
Cron's five RBIs in the game tie for the most by an individual in a game this season. Jason Coats has driven in five twice this season.
Kyle Von Tungeln's home run was his first since Feb. 26 at Cal State Fullerton.
Suiter scored a career-high three runs in the game and reached base safely in all four trips to the plate.
TCU allowed more than seven runs in a game for the first time since April 1 against UNLV.
The 15 runs allowed were the most given up by TCU this season. It was just the fourth time the Frogs allowed double-digit runs.
