TCU Soccer Will Play Four Matches on National Television

FORT WORTH, Texas - The 2011 Mountain West women's soccer television schedule was released Tuesday, featuring four TCU regular season matches on The Mtn. - MountainWest Sports Network.
The first television broadcast of 2011 will feature the Sunday, September 18 non-conference match-up between Northwestern State and TCU, live from Fort Worth at 1 p.m. CT. The second broadcast of the year will pit Northern Arizona at TCU at 7 p.m. CT on Friday, September 23. 


Two league matches are also slated to air on national television as TCU welcomes Air Force and Wyoming to Fort Worth on Friday, October 14 and Sunday, October 16, respectively. 


In addition, three matches from the 2011 Mountain West Women's Soccer Championship in Albuquerque, N.M. will be televised. The Mtn. will carry the semifinals on Friday, November 4 with the championship match set to air on The Mtn. at 1 p.m. CT on Sunday, Nov. 6. 


The Mtn. is carried nationally by DIRECTV (Channel 616) and available on cable systems in 25 states across the nation. CBS Sports Network also is widely available on cable systems and video providers across the country, and via satellite on DIRECTV (Channel 613) and Dish Network (Channel 152).
