MAY 15 DEADLINE APPROACHINGPlease note that our May 15 deadline for renewing season tickets and parking is a true drop-dead date. There is a very high demand for both season tickets and parking, and our waiting list is growing every day. It's been overwhelming to see the number of folks looking to join the Frog Club and secure reserved parking. We will immediately go to that waiting list for any available season tickets and parking not renewed by May 15. As you know, we will have very limited parking for the 2011 season.
MUST BE A SEASON-TICKET HOLDER IN 2011
You must be a season-ticket holder in 2011 to have a reserved parking pass this fall and to purchase season tickets or club seats for the 2012 season.
CLUB SEATS AND SUITES REMAIN AVAILABLE
There continues to be great momentum with our club seats and suites. We're currently approaching 75 percent of our club seats being sold for the 2012 season. Per seat down payments of $500 will continue to be accepted through May 15. Once again, you must be a season-ticket holder in 2011 to purchase club seats for 2012. If you have any questions on club seats, our Frog Club office (817-257-7700) and TCU associate athletics director Davis Babb (d.babb@tcu.edu or 817-257-5658) can assist you. Please check with Davis as well if you're interested in purchasing one of our three remaining suites.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES APPROVE STADIUM RESOLUTION
During its meetings on campus last week, our Board of Trustees approved a resolution regarding the east side of Amon G. Carter Stadium. If we can secure the necessary funding by July 1, we will be able to re-do the east stands after this season and have the entire stadium ready in time for 2012.
QUALITY TIME IN COLUMBUS
As a guest of my good friend and Ohio State athletics director Gene Smith, I was in Columbus, Ohio, the last couple of days to visit with their senior staff. We discussed trends in intercollegiate athletics and how we do things at TCU. The Ohio State leadership team was impressed with the success we've been able to achieve. It's a credit to the support of Chancellor Boschini and our Board of Trustees, a great coaching staff and the foundation laid by past athletics directors Frank Windegger, Eric Hyman and Danny Morrison.

Please visit www.tcufrogclub.com for more information on the Charles Coody Classic. In addition to spending time on the links with former Masters champ Charles Coody, you can't turn down the opportunity to go golfing with John Denton.
BIGGER, STRONGER AND FASTER
We are very fortunate to have the leadership of strength and conditioning coach Don Sommer in our weight room. Don is a former National Strength Coach of the Year. Under the direction of Don and his staff, we have seven Strength and Conditioning All-Americans representing four sports this season. Congratulations to Marcus Cannon (football), Curtis Clay (football), Andy Dalton (football), Irene Hester (volleyball), Jake Kirkpatrick (football), Melissa Loh (women's golf) and Joe Weik (baseball).
FOOD, MUSIC AND TENNIS
It will be a festive atmosphere at tonight's 6 p.m. home men's tennis match versus SMU. In addition to complimentary food at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center, we'll also have a live band performing. Free tacos from Salsa Limon will be available before the match with Mama's Pizza arriving after doubles play.
CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK
Best wishes to our nationally-ranked women's golf and equestrian teams this week. Women's golf is in Scottsdale, Ariz., for the Mountain West Conference Championships, while equestrian is headed to Waco for the Varsity Equestrian National Championships.
MUST SEE TV
Even though our ninth-ranked baseball team will be on the road at San Diego State this weekend, you can still watch the Horned Frogs Friday on CBS Sports Network. First pitch for the nationally-televised series opener is 8 p.m. CDT.
CHECKING OUT THE FROGS
We had 1,600 hits last weekend for our live stream of the home baseball series with New Mexico. Saturday's game had the largest online audience with 684 people checking out the action on GoFrogs.com.
