Crawford And Thompson Out For MWC Championships

LAS VEGAS, Nev. - TCU sophomore Starr Crawford and junior Antoinette Thompson will not participate in the 2011 Mountain West Conference Championships due to injury, but are hopeful to return following conference tournament play this weekend.
"We made the decision to leave both of them back in Fort Worth so they could continue to work with the TCU training staff," said head coach Jeff Mittie. "We look forward to having them both back for further post-season play this season."
The No. 2 Horned Frogs will open the Mountain West Conference Tournament Friday against No. 7 New Mexico.
