FORT WORTH, Texas - With the Jane Justin Fieldhouse opening this fall, GoFrogs.com reveals the No. 2 goal all-time in Garvey-Rosenthal Soccer Stadium history.
GoFrogs.com will give fans the chance to vote on the top 10 goals in Garvey-Rosenthal Soccer Stadium history. At the end of this week, women's soccer fans will have a chance to vote on what they believe is the top goal.
The No. 2 Goal
Sophomore Kaylie Garcia netted a goal in the 88th minute, but it wasn't enough as San Diego State upended TCU in 2009 in front of a record crowd of 2,713 spectators at Garvey-Rosenthal Soccer Stadium.
On the play, Garcia took a pass from junior Jackie Torda and proceeded to drill a shot from 40 yards out over SDSU's Aubree Southwick into the back of the net.
