2010 Baseball TV Schedule Announced

FORT WORTH, Texas - The Mountain West Conference announced its 2010 baseball television schedule today. Sixteen of TCU's regular season games will be seen on national television along with the entire Mountain West Conference Postseason Tournament.
The Mtn. - MountainWest Sports Network has partnered with the TCU Film/Television/Digital Media Department to air 13 baseball games, two others will be broadcast on BYU-TV with the other airing on CBS College Sports (May 1 @ Utah). Eleven of the games will be aired live on the networks, with five others airing tape delayed.
"The Mtn. is pleased to provide the students involved in TCU's Film/Television/Digital Media Department with the opportunity to build their resume and credentials through this real world experience," said Steve Hurlbut, senior executive producer and director of programming for The Mtn.
In addition to game broadcasts, The Mtn. will feature The Mountain View - Diamond Edition, which brings viewers scores and highlights of all the baseball action from across the Conference every Thursday at 7 p.m. MT during the season beginning in March. Live pre- and post-game shows from The Mtn. studios will be part of all of The Mtn.-produced baseball telecasts, including the full slate of 2010 Conoco Mountain West Conference Baseball Championship games.
The Mtn. is carried nationally by DIRECTV (Channel 616) and numerous cable operators representing over 200 municipalities in nine states. CBS College Sports Network is widely available on cable systems across the country and via satellite on DIRECTV (Channel 613) and Dish Network (Channel 152).
