FORT WORTH, Texas - GoFrog.com continues its look back at the most memorable season in women's soccer history with the No. 9 play of the 2008 season.
For the next five weeks, GoFrogs.com will take a look back at the 10 most memorable plays from the 2008 women's soccer season. At the end of the five weeks, women's soccer fans will have a chance to vote on what they believe is the top play of the 2008 season.
The Horned Frogs will open the 2009 season on August 21 against the University of Texas in Austin.
Below is what GoFrogs.com believes to be the No. 9 play of 2008.
On Oct. 26, TCU traveled to Lubbock, Texas for a match against Texas Tech University. TCU pressured the Red Raiders, but fell behind early 2-0 in the match. Following a furious comeback, TCU took a 3-2 lead in the game in the 61st minute.

Clinging to a 3-2 lead late in a match that saw several offensive changes, the TCU defense came up huge within a 13 minute span. In the 63rd minute, sophomore Kelsey Walters watched as a shot by Texas Tech's Maggie Fete was rocketed towards the goal. Walters quickly reacted to the play, diving on the ball just before it crossed the goal. Fast forward to the 76th minute and TCU once again held off the Red Raiders as two-straight shots were saved by Horned Frog defenders in front of the net to preserve the comeback victory.
The Significance
With the win, the Horned Frogs recorded the most victories in program history and closed out their non-conference portion of their schedule with nine victories.
