
Reagan Receives Scholar-Athlete Award

DALLAS -- TCU tight end Shae Reagan will be recognized Wednesday night with a scholar-athlete award by the National Football Foundation Gridiron Club of Dallas.
The banquet will be held at the Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum by the Galleria.
A three-year letterman for the Horned Frogs, Reagan was a 2008 Draddy Trophy semifinalist. The Idalou, Texas, native was also a first-team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District selection and a recipient of the TCU football team's G. Malcolm Louden Academic Achievement Award.
Reagan completed his eligibility with 43 receptions for 730 yards and four touchdowns. He placed fourth on TCU with a career-high 18 catches in 2008, including a key fourth quarter 11-yard reception for a first down in the 17-16 Poinsettia Bowl victory over Boise State.
An education major, Reagan will complete his bachelor's and master's degrees next month.
