OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Senior Carrie von Uhlit was crowned the American Quarter Horse Association Reserve World Champion in Reining on Wednesday at the AQHA World Show.

Von Uhlit, a Winters, Calif., native, rode Ricochet San to a final score of 216.5 points to secure runner-up honors at Jim Norick Arena.

TCU will open the spring season on Jan. 30 in Mansfield against Tennessee-Martin.
