
TCU Basketball Magazine concludes tonight at 29-Degree Tavern

The TCU Basketball Magazine with head coaches Neil Dougherty and Jeff Mittie will conclude on Thursday evening (Feb. 28) at 29-Degree Tavern located on the corner of I-30 and Hulen at 4701 West Freeway in Fort Worth beginning at 7:00 p.m.
In his sixth season as head men's basketball coach of the Horned Frogs, Dougherty has the Purple and White stationed at 14-12 overall - including a tie for fifth-place in Mountain West Conference action with a 6-7 mark in league play. The Frogs have captured their last two home conference games against Colorado State and Utah and will take to the air this weekend for a league showdown against UNLV in Las Vegas, Nev.
Mittie - who has spent the previous nine seasons as head women's basketball coach, has the Lady Frogs off to a 17-10 record - including a second-place showing in Mountain West Conference play with a 10-3 mark in league action. The Lady Frogs have captured nine of their last 11 games - including a seven-game winning streak with four of those victories away from the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum.
John Denton will serve as the host of the season finale of the TCU Basketball Magazine - which can be heard on KTCU (88.7 FM) beginning at 7:00 p.m. followed by a replay of the show on ESPN Radio (103.3 FM) on Saturday at 12:00 p.m.
Faithful of the Frog Nation are encourage to come out to 29-Degree Tavern for the season finale of the radio show to meet and greet with the head coaches of the TCU men's and women's basketball programs.
