When did you start riding?
My parents put me on horses before I could walk, but I started riding english and jumping when I was five years old.
What is the best thing about being a college athlete?
Before college, being an equestrian rider was completely an individual sport. Collegiate equestrian gives the girls and myself a once in a lifetime opportunity to be on a team and still compete in the sport we love.
What is your favorite sport besides your own?
I loved playing basketball in high school.
What is the highlight of your TCU career so far?
Winning the tournament MVP at Baylor a few weeks ago.
Which match are you most looking forward to this year?
Besides nationals, I'm definitely looking forward to the match against Texas A&M.
What is the most important thing Coach Reynolds has taught you?
He always stresses going into the ring and riding each of our horses to the best of our abilities. Sometimes the judge will pick you to win and sometimes he won't, but decide on your plan and stick to it.
Why did you choose TCU?
I was torn between two schools, but after I visited TCU I knew this is where I wanted to be. I love Fort Worth and the atmosphere of TCU.
What are your three favorite things in life?
My family, my friends and pictures.
Favorite TV show?
I love Grey's Anatomy.
Favorite movie?
The notebook and stop loss.
What is something random about yourself?
I know it's weird, but I can breathe out of my eye.
What is something you can't live without?
All my friends would definitely say my cell phone.
Dream job?
To either have an equine law firm or be a public relations executive of a horse related corporation.
Favorite musician?
George Strait.
Favorite food?
Steak and sushi.
