FORT WORTH, Texas - TCU men's tennis head coach Dave Borelli announced the 2007-08 schedule on Wednesday. The men will meet four teams that ended last season ranked in the top 25 and 12 teams that finished in the top 50. The season will be highlighted by TCU hosting this year's Mountain West Conference Championships.
"I think this is a great, competitive schedule for us," said Borelli. "I'm really excited about our road trips to California and the Midwest, where we will play Illinois and Wisconsin."
The Horned Frogs will host 10 matches at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center, all of which are against non-conference opponents. Highlighting the home non-conference schedule will be No. 33 Texas Tech, No. 11 Oklahoma State, No. 26 Oklahoma, No. 13 Wake Forest and No. 34 Rice.
TCU will hit the road for non-conference contests against No. 31 Texas A&M, No. 32 Wisconsin, No. 5 Illinois, No. 71 Fresno State and No. 20 Pepperdine.
