Thirty-eight student-athletes tabbed MWC Scholar-Athletes

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Thirty-eight TCU student-athletes have been named Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the conference office on Wednesday.
The women's track and field team led TCU with six selections, while baseball, men's track and field, women's swimming and diving and volleyball each had four selections.
In total, 551 student-athletes from the nine institutions that comprise the Mountain West Conference were named MWC Scholar-Athletes.
To be eligible for selection, student-athletes must have completed at least two academic terms at TCU, while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better. The student-athletes also must have participated in varsity competition for their athletic team.
