TCU finished the season with a 21-11 record. The Lady Frogs enjoyed a 20-win campaign for the sixth time in the past seven years.
The Lady Frogs are now 0-3 against Ole Miss and 7-37 against Southeastern Conference schools.
TCU now has an all-time NCAA Tournament record of 5-7. It is just the second time in seven appearances that the Frogs have not reached the second round.
In her final collegiate game, senior Ashley Davis scored a career-high 24 points and matched her career best with 12 rebounds.
Davis registered her second career double-double, both of which came this season (16 points, 10 rebounds vs. Houston on Nov. 22).
Davis finished her career with 1,291 points to rank fifth on the school's all-time scoring list.
Fellow senior Hanna Biernacka had 20 points and matched her career high with nine rebounds. It was the third 20-point game of her career.
The Frogs' two seniors had 44 of the team's 74 points.
Junior Adrianne Ross entered the game averaging a team-best 17.5 ppg, and was held to nine points. It was the fourth time this season she has been held to less than 10 points. TCU is 1-3 in those contests.
TCU, which trailed 40-32 at halftime, is now 4-11 when trailing at intermission.
The Lady Frogs allowed a season-high 88 points. The 88 points were the most by a TCU foe since Duke scored 92 vs. the Frogs on Dec. 6, 2005.
The largest lead by either team in the first 17 minutes of the game was just five points.
TCU trailed by as many as 21 (67-46 at 11:41 of the second half) yet closed to within nine (79-68 at 3:49 and 81-72 with 3:21 remaining). The game had seven ties and five lead changes.
