Texas Bowl to air locally on KDFI-TV Channel 27

FORT WORTH, Texas -- The TCU football team's Dec. 28 Texas Bowl game with Houston, slated for broadcast on the NFL Network, will be seen locally in the Dallas-Fort Worth market on KDFI-TV Channel 27.
Brad Sham, voice of the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network, will provide the play-by-play of the telecast. Charles Davis and Mike Mayock are the color analysts with Kimberly Jones on the sidelines.
Kickoff is 7 p.m. at Reliant Stadium in Houston. The Frogs will be making their 10th television appearance this season.
TCU and Houston are meeting for the 25th time overall but the first as non-conference opponents. The Horned Frogs and Cougars played 20 games (1976-95) as Southwest Conference foes while meeting four times (2001-04) when both teams were in Conference USA.
