Prior to the kickoff, the Horned Frogs will honor 20 seniors playing their final home game: defensive end Tommy Blake, safety Brian Bonner, wide receiver Marcus Brock, tight end Quinton Cunigan, wide receiver Ervin Dickerson, tight end Trey Englert, linebacker David Hawthorne, linebacker Darius Ingram, fullback William Jackson, offensive guard Matty Lindner, offensive guard Adam Lowery, placekicker Chris Manfredini, wide receiver Derek Moore, defensive end Chase Ortiz, safety David Roach, center Tony Savino, offensive tackle Wade Sisk, tight end Tom Stevens, cornerback Torrey Stewart and punter Derek Wash.
In their two meetings with UNLV as Mountain West Conference rivals, the Frogs have allowed just one touchdown. TCU won 51-3 in Fort Worth in 2005 before a 25-10 victory last season in Las Vegas.
Since the start of the 2005 campaign, the Frogs are 24-3 when playing on Saturdays and 3-5 on other days of the week.
The Frogs are 5-1 in Senior Night games under head coach Gary Patterson.
TCU had a seven-game winning streak in November contests snapped at BYU.
SENIOR HIGHLIGHTS
TCU's 2007 seniors have accomplished the following during their five years on campus:
Three 11-win seasons
A 43-16 overall record and 26-12 conference mark
The 43 wins are tied for ninth for most victories over a 5-year period in TCU history
A 2005 MWC championship and the Frogs' first outright league title since 1958
Three bowl games (2003 Fort Worth, 2005 Houston and 2006 Poinsettia) and a 2-1 record in those contests
A 5-2 mark versus Big 12 opponents and a 9-2 overall record in games against teams from leagues with automatic BCS bids
Three top-25 rankings in final polls with a total of 35 weeks being nationally ranked
Nine all-conference selections
A 24-4 record (.857) in home games at Amon G. Carter Stadium
DEFENDING THEIR HOME
Since 2000, TCU is 38-6 in home games at Amon G. Carter Stadium.
TCU has recorded three shutouts in its past seven home dates. The Frogs blanked Baylor (27-0) and New Mexico (37-0) this season.
Dating back to the 2005 campaign, the Frogs have held the opposition without a touchdown in seven of their last 13 home games.
In their last eight home contests, the Frogs have outscored their opponents 245-63.
