Blackerby named to academic team

FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU women's golfer Camille Blackerby has been selected to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District first team through the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).Blackerby is now eligible for Academic All-America consideration from CoSIDA.
The rising senior from Breckenridge, Texas, topped TCU with a 75.3 stroke average. She had seven top-20 finishes and was the Horned Frogs' top performer in six of 11 tournaments.
Blackerby carries a 3.95 grade-point average while majoring in mechanical engineering.
