Patterson 5K Run/Walk to precede Purple and White Game

FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU head football coach Gary Patterson is hosting the first-ever 5K Run/Walk on April 8 at Amon Carter Stadium.

The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. and follow a course around the TCU campus. Following the race, participants are invited to attend the annual TCU Purple and White Game at 11 a.m.

Event proceeds benefit The Gary Patterson Foundation, a tax-exempt, non-profit organization assisting economically disadvantaged children as well as other charitable causes.
