
Women's soccer announces spring schedule

FORT WORTH, Texas - TCU Women's Soccer coach Dan Abdalla announced his spring schedule which will feature seven matches, highlighted by a contest against the Chinese National Team. The Horned Frogs started spring practice Monday, Feb. 13. The Frogs' first competition of the spring will come Sunday, Feb. 26, when they head to Austin for a match against the University of Texas. Start time for the match is slated for 2 p.m.
Next month will see the team in action on its home field on Saturday, March 4. The Frogs will square off against Texas Women's at 11 a.m.
A packed month of April has four contests on the schedule beginning with two in the Dallas Sting Showcase on Saturday, April 1. On April 8, the Frogs will square off against the Chinese National Team at noon. The match will be held at TCU's Garvey-Rosenthal Soccer Stadium. Another matches follow on April 22 at TCU when the Frogs take on the North Texas Olympic Development Program team.
The Alumni Game is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 29. All female alumni are invited to participate in the contest and should contact Michelle Royal at 817-257-6680 or email her at m.royal@tcu.edu. Following the game, the Frogs will host a barbecue.
