FT. WORTH, Texas -- The Horned Frogs continue on their week-long road swing as they take on Utah on Saturday, Jan. 28. The contest will be televised on ESPN+Plus and UPN 21 in the Fort Worth/Dallas market with tip-off slated for 2 p.m. Central.
TCU and Utah met on the court three times in 1997 with the Utes winning all three contests. Utah holds a 6-1 advantage in its series with the Frogs.

ABOUT THE GAME
• It was nine years ago TCU and Utah last met on the hardwood. The two teams battled it out three times in 1997 with Utah winning the contests on the road (Fort Worth), at home (Salt Lake City) and on a neutral site (Las Vegas).
• TCU and Utah will meet for the eighth time with the Utes holding a 6-1 advantage. The Utes have won the last four games against the Frogs.
• The all-time series with Utah will be played in Salt Lake City for the sixth time. The Horned Frogs are 1-4 on the Utes' homecourt.
• A win over Utah will bring head coach Neil Dougherty within two wins of the half-century mark.
• Head coach Ray Giacoletti, who currently owns a 37-15 overall record, is in his second season at the helm of the Utah program.
• Utah is the second of two Mountain West opponents TCU is facing in 2005-06 that advanced to the NCAA Tournament last year. The Frogs dropped a 56-54 decision at New Mexico, another postseason team from 2004-05, on Jan. 11.

• Four Horned Frogs scored in double figures, making it the third game in a row and 17th time this seasonTCU has had more than two players in double digits.
• Senior Nile Murry topped the team in scoring with 18 points. It was the 13th time this season he has paced the Frogs in total points and needs to do it one more time to tie the single-season high of 14 in the Neil Dougherty era. In addition, he has tallied double-digit points in 18 of the 20 games in 2005-06.
• Chudi Chinweze scored in double digits for the fourth time this year and third straight game. He collected 16 points as well as leading the team in rebounding with seven.
• Judson Stubbs collected 11 points, while sophomore Brent Hackett had 14. The two have recorded points in double figures 10 and 12 times, respectively.
• Hackett also tied his career high in steals with three.
• Junior Femi Ibikunle made his 12th career start as he added two points and pulled down five rebounds on the night.
• TCU is now 5-2 when scoring a minimum of 70 points.
• For the 10th time this season, a game was decided by less than 10 points as TCU dropped an 89-80 decision to the Cougars.
