FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU defensive tackle Ranorris Ray will provide a daily diary of the Horned Frogs' trip to the EV1.net Houston Bowl.

Beginning Dec. 27, with TCU's arrival in Houston, and leading up to the Dec. 31 contest with Iowa State, Ray's diary will be published on the Frogs' web site (www.gofrogs.com).

A graduate student from San Antonio, Ray earned second-team All-Mountain West Conference honors. He totaled 5.5 tackles for a loss among his 31 stops on the year.

Ray was the lone Horned Frog to serve as a game captain in all 11 regular-season contests. He recorded a season-best five tackles and a quarterback hurry in the 17-10 win at Oklahoma.
