
TCU women's soccer to host Winter Clinic

Fort Worth, Texas - Head coach, Dan Abdalla, will host the Dan Abdalla Soccer Academy for boys and girls, ages 5-13, will be held Dec. 27-30. Abdalla recently completed his first season as head coach of the Frogs.
The goal of the Dan Abdalla Soccer Academy is to maximize the potential of individual players in a fun and challenging atmosphere. Students will be separated by both age and skill.
The Academy is slated to run daily from Dec. 27-30. The three hour clinic starts at 8:30 in the morning. Each individual camp is limited to 100 campers.
Academy tuition is $145 each individual camp. These costs include instruction by top-level staff and a camp t-shirt. Campers are invited to log on to www.gofrogs.com to register for the camp and receive a $10.00 discount. Abdalla just finished his first season as head coach of the TCU women's soccer team after five seasons as the head coach at UNLV. He led the Frogs to their first postseason tournament since 2003. In 2004, Abdalla coached the Rebels to the Mountain West Conference regular season championship. He has coached 14 all-MWC players, four all-region selections, and one Conference Offensive Player of the Year.
Abdalla has served as a staff-member and age group coach for the Region IV Olympic Development Program and has had a number of former players drafted by the WUSA and play for regional and national teams.
