Fort Worth, Texas - The 2004 Horned Frogs will square off against former teammates and baseball alums in the annual Alumni Game set for January 31. First pitch is slated for 11 a.m. at TCU's Lupton Stadium and Williams-Reilly Field. Former TCU player and Head Coach Roger Williams will be on hand as the coach of the alumni team.
"This is always an exciting day for our program," remarked Schlossnagle. "It gives our current players a chance to meet some outstanding former lettermen as well as gives our team a competitive exhibition before we open the season on February 5. I want to personally invite every former player back to Lupton Stadium for the game and I trust that all Horned Frog fans will mark their calendar and attend this fun event."
Admission to the contest is free. Following the game, the Horned Frogs invite you to head to Daniel Meyer Coliseum to watch the Horned Frogs basketball team take on the University of Memphis at 2:00.
Former players are asked to RSVP to Mike Dilley, Director of Baseball Operations, by January 26 at 817-257-5155.
