
Lady Harriers Fifth in Regional Poll

The TCU women's cross country team is ranked fifth in this week's South Central Regional Cross Country Poll.
The Frogs garnered 148 points, just four points in back of fourth place Texas. Arkansas continues to lead the poll with 190 points, followed by Baylor (186) and Texas A&M (166). However, the FinishLynx NCAA Women's Cross Country National Poll has the Bears ranked 14th, with Arkansas coming in as the 19th-rated school.
On the men's side, TCU is 17th place in the regional poll with three points. Arkansas leads the men's poll with 150 points, followed by Texas A&M (139) and Texas (129). Arkansas is ranked ninth in the Mondo NCAA Men's National Cross Country Poll.
The TCU men's and women's squads will not be in action this week as they prepare for the Chile Pepper Festival, set for Saturday, October 18 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
