Purple Haze Week, A TCU Horned Frogs Celebration

During the week of Sept. 23-29, Central Market-Fort Worth, located at I-30 and Hulen in the Chapel Hill Shopping Center, will be celebrating "Purple Haze: All Things Purple," a weeklong salute to the TCU Horned Frogs football team.
From noon to 1 p.m. on Sept. 28, TCU head football coach Gary Patterson and the TCU Showgirls will stage a pep rally accompanied by the TCU Jazz Band. And throughout the week, there will be a number of visual news opportunities, such as:
* Coach Patterson grilling up some of his tailgating favorites on Saturday at noon.
* Purple Horned Frog demo stations and banners will be displayed throughout the 75,000-square-foot store
* Entertainment areas will be illuminated with purple lights featuring live music from several local artists
* All of the store's employees will be wearing TCU T-shirts and insignia
