FORT WORTH, Texas - TCU baseball head coach Lance Brown announced Wednesday the signing of seven players to national letters of intent. The seven players, which include six high school seniors and a junior college product, will join the Horned Frogs in Fall 2003.
Among the seven signees are Fort Worth products German Duran of Paschal High School and Shelby Ford of Southwest High School. Joining Duran and Ford are fellow high schoolers Omar Arif (Mesquite, Texas/Poteet), Lance Arrington (Aledo, Texas/Aledo), Kevin Peranton (Flower Mound, Texas/Flower Mound) and Chase Perry (Dallas, Texas/Lakehill Prep). Rounding out the class is junior college transfer Bo Cogbill (Mesquite, Texas/Weatherford J.C.).
"We're excited to have this group join us next fall," Brown said. "This is a talented group and they will make an impact on the future of TCU baseball."
