FORT WORTH, Texas - TCU Athletics has announced its ticket policy regarding the TCU/Marshall football game that was originally scheduled for Saturday, September 15. On Wednesday, the two universities jointly agreed to cancel the game due to Tuesday's national tragedy. The game will not be made up during the 2001 season.
All people who purchased tickets for Saturday's game will be able to choose from one of two options. They may exchange their tickets for any future 2001 home football game or may redeem their tickets for a 2001-02 non-conference home men's basketball game.
People who choose the football option may exchange tickets in one of two ways. Before the day of game, individuals may exchange their tickets at the TCU ticket office located at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. The ticket office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. On the day of game, ticket holders can exchange them at the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum ticket office between 9 a.m. and noon or at the main ticket booth on the east side of Amon Carter Stadium from noon until game time.
Individuals who select the basketball option also may exchange their tickets in one of two ways. They may do so at the Daniel-Meyer ticket office during normal ticket office hours or up until game time on game days. Basketball tickets will be available beginning on November 1.
Fans with questions may call the TCU ticket office at (817) 257-FROG.
