Monica Flynn joined the TCU Athletics staff in 2006 and has served the University community for more than two decades. She serves as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, a C-Suite leader at the University, where she manages leadership operations. Over her tenure, she has supported four Directors of Intercollegiate Athletics: Danny Morrison, Chris Del Conte, Jeremiah Donati and currently Mike Buddie. In 2018, she was honored as TCU’s recipient of the Chancellor’s Staff Award for Outstanding Service, a recognizing her exceptional commitment and contributions across the campus.

With over two decades of experience in college athletics, Monica is dedicated to supporting students, staff, donors and families who make up the TCU Community and engaged in fostering a culture of connection and excellence that reflects the spirit of TCU.

A native of Hobbs, NM, Monica is married to Mike Flynn. Together they enjoy cheering for the Horned Frogs, spending time with family and friends, and playing pickleball.
